These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operator of pk775 ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online betting and casino platform accessible at pk775.cam (the "Platform").

pk775 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for use by adult Pakistani users and others in eligible jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournament events, football and UFC — alongside live casino products, slot titles and instant games. All account balances and betting figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

These Terms apply to all access and use of the Platform. Your continued use of pk775 following registration, or following notification of any amendment to these Terms, constitutes acceptance of the current Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By registering an Account, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy).
• You are of legal age to engage in online betting and gambling in your jurisdiction — at minimum 18 years of age, or any higher minimum prescribed by the Operator's license jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you accept personal responsibility for verifying this before use.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close Accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Age: Users must be aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. The Operator enforces age verification through KYC procedures. Age restrictions do not imply that gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any particular jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register a single Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Geographic Restrictions: The Platform may not be accessible from, or available to residents of, certain jurisdictions. It is the User's responsibility to confirm that access to pk775 is lawful in their location before registering.
• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Operator and its affiliates are not permitted to hold or use a player Account on the Platform.
• Self-Excluded Persons: Any individual who has registered a self-exclusion with the Operator — whether voluntary or mandatory — is not permitted to hold an active Account during the exclusion period.

To access betting markets, deposit funds or request withdrawals, Users must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• Users must provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address during registration.
• The Operator may request supporting documentation at any time — including government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing any withdrawal request.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain credential security.
• The Operator may conduct periodic re-verification of existing Accounts in compliance with its regulatory obligations.

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into a pk775 Account:

• Deposits are accepted only from payment methods registered in the User's own name. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Account area at the time of deposit.
• Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and bank transfer — are listed as familiar local payment references only. The Operator does not warrant that any of these providers will be available at the time of deposit, nor does their mention constitute an endorsement or a claim of commercial partnership. Method availability is subject to change without notice.
• The Operator is not responsible for delays, fees or transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers.
• Deposits must not originate from funds connected to illegal activity. The Operator reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to applicable authorities.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in the User's own name.
• All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before the first withdrawal is processed. The Operator may conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method. No specific withdrawal speed is guaranteed. E-wallet and mobile-wallet methods may process faster than bank transfers, but this is subject to the payment provider's own compliance and processing schedule.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and wagering-complete bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• The Operator reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, policy abuse, money laundering or any other breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed in the Account area and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to transfer.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the pk775 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply in addition and are accessible within each market's information section.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying stake amounts, selections and market type before confirming any wager.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the settled wager.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including grossly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault — the Operator reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account balance.
• Wagers on cricket, PSL/T20, ICC events and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the relevant sport governing body's official result. References to these leagues and competitions are for sports-context purposes only; the Operator has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or franchise.
• Live (in-play) betting markets close automatically at defined points during a match. It is the User's responsibility to ensure bets are placed within the open-market window.
• Any attempt to exploit latency advantages, software vulnerabilities or data-feed delays to gain an unfair betting edge is prohibited and may result in Account closure.

pk775 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend incentives and other offers from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

• Bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only. Duplicate Accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to eligible Users.
• Bonuses must be used in good faith. The Operator defines abuse as any strategy — including hedging, arbitrage, low-margin cycling or the use of automated software — intended to extract bonus value without normal gameplay risk. Such activity may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and Account closure.
• Illustrative bonus figures cited on the Platform (e.g., percentage match amounts or PKR amounts) are examples only. Actual offer values are confirmed at the time of eligibility and acceptance by the User.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using the pk775 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or using any Account on behalf of a third party without the Operator's express written consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to access, scrape, manipulate or exploit any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption or any conduct intended to influence the outcome of any event listed on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or otherwise use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring Account access credentials to any third party.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could cause technical damage, disruption or degradation of service to other users.

All content on the pk775 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software, data compilations and audio-visual elements — is the property of the Operator or its licensed technology partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.
• The pk775 brand name, domain and associated marks are proprietary to the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's liability to any User in respect of any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform is subject to the following limitations:

• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from User decisions to place particular wagers, from reliance on odds information, or from the outcome of any sports event or casino game.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and policies form part of the Platform's responsible-gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per period. When the threshold is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure alerts and automatic session endings after a defined play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and applied across all Platform services.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may remind Users of elapsed session time and net profit/loss position during active sessions.

Either the User or the Operator may close an Account. The following conditions apply:

• Users may close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Outstanding real-money balances (net of any unsettled wagers and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC checks.
• The Operator may suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice if the User is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Accounts closed by the Operator for breach of Terms may result in forfeiture of any outstanding balance, including bonus and real-money funds, where the breach involves fraud or policy abuse.
• Self-exclusion requests result in account suspension — not permanent deletion — unless the User specifically requests permanent closure in writing.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction, as notified to Users through the Platform. Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation govern gambling activities within the territory of Pakistan. The Operator does not represent that use of pk775 is lawful under Pakistani law. Users accept personal legal responsibility for their participation.
